Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
1 bundle of asparagus (approximately 30 stalks)
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 pieces of bacon
1 1/2 tablespoons Everglades Rub
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Clean Asparagus and remove tough ends of asparagus.
Tip: I just snap the base of the asparagus off, where it snaps easily without much effort and it usually turns out great and is much easier than trying to cut the ends off.
On Baking sheet lay out asparagus in single layer, toss with olive oil. Take 5 stalks of asparagus and wrap with bacon. Placing them back on the same baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Everglades Rub evenly. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
