Remoulade Sauce

  • 1  cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Everglades Fish and Chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon Everglades Heat
  • 1/2 the juice from one lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup 
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 medium garlic clove minced and smashed
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 

Combine all ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes - 1 hour before serving
