Stuffed French Bread

Shopping list

  • 1 loaf french bread
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Everglades Seasoning All Purpose
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop onion and garlic. Brown meat with onion and garlic on stove top on medium-high heat. Drain grease, add soup, milk, worcestershire, and everglades. Stir and cook mixture until heated, about 5 minutes. 

Slice Bread length wise into two equal pieces. Scoop out inside and tear into small pieces and place in large bowl.

When meat mixture is heated ands to bowl with inner bread pieces and mix together.On baking sheet place two halves of bread. On bottom piece pour mixture onto center, spread evenly and top with parsley. On other 1/2 of bread spread shredded cheese.

Bake with bread face open for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, place top 1/2 of bread on bottom piece and let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
