The Best Breakfast Sandwich
1 loaf Brioche Bread
12 slices thick sliced bacon
1/2 Teaspoon Everglades all purpose seasoning
1 pound grated Munster Cheese
1 Tablespoon butter softened
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
Start off by cooking the bacon, I love to cook bacon in the oven (less of a mess). You can find the instructions for cooking in the oven HERE.
Slice the loaf of bread into 8 slices. Butter each side of bread. Place on baking sheet and toast bread in oven on broil. Watch carefully as to not burn the bread. Remove from oven and on one side of bread evenly spread the mayonnaise.
In lightly oiled frying pan cook eggs to your liking. For this sandwich we used sunny side up eggs. Scrambled is also amazing to if you don't like runny eggs no problem. Just remember to add your everglades!
On one slice of bread layer the bacon with egg on top, on the other half top with grated munster cheese. Place back in over on broil to melt cheese. Remove from oven and place cheese covered slice on top of egg and ENJOY!!
